Packages and installation

• The flat support included in the rod kit is for ceiling installation only. Spacing between flat brackets must not exceed 70 cm.
• Weight supported by flat brackets for ceiling installation, per meter of 20 mm diameter rail: 3 kg
• Weight supported by flat brackets for ceiling installation, per meter of 28 mm diameter rail : 6 kg
• We recommend using 20 mm diameter rail kits for sheers/curtains weighing less than 500 gr/m². Conversely, we recommend 28 mm diameter rail kits for curtains weighing over 500 gr/m².
• The addition of rollers is necessary for better gliding in the case of multiple or heavier curtains.

All our products, with the exception of bulky items whose L+W+H < 150 cm and weight < 30 kg, can be returned free of charge from France.
