Delivery and returns

Do you deliver outside of France? To French overseas departments and territories?

We deliver to mainland France (including Corsica), Belgium and Luxembourg.

We also deliver our products (excluding furniture and bulky goods) to Spain, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Malta, Romania, Iceland, Norway and the United Kingdom.

Also Guadeloupe, Réunion, Mayotte, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, French Guiana, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, French Southern Territories.


What is the delivery time?

For each order placed for which the products are in stock, we dispatch your parcel within 2 to 5 working days for non-bulky products.

- Delivery is assured by Colissimo 48h for metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco, depending on your preference. For orders shipped abroad, you will be delivered via Colissimo International 48h.

- We also offer you the flexibility of collection from a relay point. With our 11,000 Mondial Relay points in mainland France, you can take advantage of our extended opening hours and collect your parcel whenever it suits you. You can only use this delivery method in mainland France.

- For all bulky products, we have a dedicated carrier for the Ile-de-France region, and another carrier for the rest of France. Delivery times may vary according to product availability. If the product is available, it will be dispatched within 2 to 4 weeks. If a date is indicated, it will be shipped from that date.

You can track the status of your order (excluding bulky items) in your order tracking on your customer area.


What are the delivery charges?

Delivery costs may vary depending on the composition of the basket, the weight of the parcel, the delivery destination and the shipping method selected. The costs indicated for our items on the site exclude shipping costs and customs duties. You can find information on our shipping costs directly in our product descriptions.

Free returns policy in France for all orders (except furniture and bulky goods).

Bulky goods delivery

We offer two delivery options, depending on the size of your order and your shipping address:

Home delivery by private carrier - Classic :

Home delivery by appointment, on the first floor doorstep, without return of packaging.

Armchairs, 140 and 160 cm headboards, coffee tables, large poufs / €60 incl. VAT

2-seater sofas, 200 cm headboard / €80 inc. tax

Ships within 7 working days (excluding Saturday/Sunday and public holidays) when items are in stock. For pre-orders, items are dispatched from the date indicated on the product sheet.

Home delivery by private carrier - Premium :

Home delivery by appointment only, installation in the room of your choice, packaging removal, up to the 5th floor.

Armchairs, 140 and 160 cm headboards, coffee tables, large poufs / €75 incl. VAT

2-seater sofas, 200 cm headboard / €100 incl. VAT

3-seater sofas / €120 inc. tax

Ships within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays) when items are in stock. For pre-orders, items are dispatched from the date indicated on the product sheet.

In cases requiring passage through a window, the buyer will have to bear the additional cost associated with the difficulties encountered from the foot of the building to inside his home (in particular the rental of a furniture elevator). As an indication, this service represents an additional cost of €170. If you are already aware of the need for this service, please inform our customer service department when you place your order.


What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?

If the recipient of your order is absent, your parcel will be delivered to the postal contact point indicated on the delivery notice left in your letterbox or sent by email.
Your parcel will be held at the postal contact point for a period of 14 calendar days from the day after the delivery notice was left. At the end of this period, the parcel will be returned to us.

If you are responsible for the delay (the delivery address you gave us was not correct, or you did not collect the parcel within the 14 days), please contact our Customer Service by email or telephone.


Where do I pick up my parcel?

For all orders placed on the site, you will receive an e-mail reminding you of the delivery address you have given us. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will inform you of the place where you can collect your parcel.


Can I change a delivery address / the contents of the delivery?

Once your order has been confirmed, if you wish to make any changes, please contact customer service as soon as possible. In order to guarantee you the best delivery times, we prepare and dispatch your order within hours of validating your basket. Changes can be made as long as the parcel has not yet been prepared. You can change your default address for future orders in the "My details" section of your customer area.


How do I return an item?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products ordered, without justification or penalty. For all returns, the procedure below must be followed in full:

      • For all non-bulky item orders, you can declare your return and generate your label via our returns portal: https://app.fastoche.co/app?shop=madura
      • For all orders of bulky items and furniture, in accordance with the French Consumer Code, the cost of returns will be borne by the customer. Please contact our customer service department by telephone on 01 42 34 99 59 or by e-mail on eshop@madura.fr to declare your return.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must not have been washed, damaged or transformed. You must enclose a returns form with your parcel, which you can fill in and print out in your Customer Area / My Orders.

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 working days of receipt of the return by bank credit or PayPal account. If these conditions are not met, www.madura.com reserves the right not to accept your return.

These conditions are valid only for those who have purchased from www.madura.com.


What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

When I receive my package, if I feel that the packaging shows signs of damage, I can :

      • Either refuse the parcel, in which case it will be returned directly to the sender;
      • Or ask my post office to make it available so that I can open it in the presence of an authorized agent.

If your parcel has been accepted by a third party whose identity you do not know, you can always fill in the La Poste contact form. A customer advisor will study your request and you will receive a reply within 2 working days. In all cases, you cannot accept the parcel with reservations.


My item has a defect

Madura pays the utmost attention to the quality of its products. If, however, despite all the quality controls carried out, a defect should be reported, we invite you to report the problem in order to receive a new item or a refund. Please follow the procedure below:

Send an e-mail to eshop@madura.com:

      • the order number (in the subject line);
      • photographs of the product with visible defect;
      • a photograph of the label on the packaging;

Our customer service department will get back to you within 5 working days.

If the defective item is returned, please follow the return procedure and state the reason for the return. In the event of a proven fault on our part, the cost of returning the item will be reimbursed.
