In cases requiring passage through a window, the buyer will have to bear the additional cost associated with the difficulties encountered from the foot of the building to inside his home (in particular the rental of a furniture elevator). Returns
Returns of bulky products must be made exclusively in the original packaging and are at the customer's expense, on the same basis as the outward journey, without the possibility of free delivery if the delivery costs have been offered.
